Isabelle Monier-Vinard is the Head of the Operational Excellence Initiative “PRIME” (Process IMprovement & Efficiency) at Crédit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank (CA-CIB) since 2009. She manages both the delivery of process excellence and the wider adoption of the Lean Six Sigma methodology within the company from the Front Office to the Support Functions. As programme lead she supports the deployment strategy within the organization and is responsible for assuring the quality of PRIME project deliverables and the follow up of the LSS methodology and mindset. Gregory North joined Xerox in January 2011 and is responsible for leading the company’s Lean Six Sigma program as it continues on an ongoing business transformation journey. Since 2003, Gregory was with Fidelity Investments, most recently as senior vice president, Process Excellence Workplace Investing. During his tenure at Fidelity, he led numerous quality and transformation programs and was responsible for developing and deploying its global quality systems standard, Lean Six Sigma program and Management by Fact process management system. John Macdonald is Global Manager Business Processes at TNT Express where he leads a cross functional process design authority team, linking strategic requirements to front line capabilities and acts as the key facilitator of strategic innovation change programs. He has over 10 years of process model development, implementation and day to day practical experience coupled with over two decades of experience in the express and postal supply chain market, working in a variety roles and international placements. He is also a Certified EFQM Master Assessor and has an MBA from Strathclyde Business School.

Mark Stewart is the Lean Six Sigma Deployment Leader for Xerox Europe, a role in which he takes strategic and operational leadership of Xerox deployments. He has led the Qwiksolver problem solving model to deploy lean sigma methodology across the entire organisation. Mark obtained a Bsc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of London in 1979 and has been working with Xerox for over 30 years. His previous roles have included purchasing, product development, change management SAP implementation and, predominantly, a number of roles integrating Lean Six Sigma at Xerox before entering his current role to lead deployments across the enterprise. Bryan Robertson is a passionate leader of change that puts the Customer and the Employees at the heart of the transformation activities, to ultimately achieve cultural change and extraordinary performance improvements. Bryan started out in the construction industry as a Project Manager moving into Motorola where he was asked to lead large scale transformation programmes utilising a variety of continuous improvement tools and techniques. Moving onto a global telecoms company Bryan was responsible for the programme teams across 24 countries. He joined RBS in 2003, where he has been involved in transforming Procurement, Property, Change and Operational performance. Bryan is currently leading the Lean Transformation Programme for Direct Line Group to build Lean Leadership capabilities in all 14,000 employees across several locations in the UK and Europe to ultimately improve the Customer Experience, Employee Engagement and overall operational performance.

John S. Hamalian has worked in Global 100 companies in the Automotive and IT industries for more than 25 years, with assignments based in the USA, China, Korea and Singapore, currently as Asia Regional Lead of Business Excellence. Since working for a former Toyota manager in the late 1990s, John has been leading Strategy and Lean execution in (15) countries in total, mainly in Asia. John holds an MBA from Fordham University in New York and a Bachelor Degree in Engineering from Kettering University in Michigan. He is an active speaker in Lean Six Sigma Conferences as well as at universities and the Singapore Productivity Association.

Connie Moore is Vice President and is a member of Forrester's Business Technology Futures team, which serves CIOs and their business partners by predicting the long-term business impact of information technology. Her research focus is on smart computing and analytics. Connie came to Forrester through its acquisition of Giga Information Group in 2003. She has more than 25 years of experience in the IT industry and has been an analyst for 19 years. Most of her research focuses on business process management and business optimization. Prior to joining Giga, Connie managed BIS Strategic Decisions' European IT consulting group, headquartered in the UK. Before then, Connie was vice president of product marketing at TDC (now part of BancTec), a manufacturer of high-end document capture systems. She was also a manager with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), specializing in document management, document imaging, and end user computing. Earlier, Connie was with Wang Laboratories, where she managed Wang's technical support resources for the US Department of Defense and intelligence agencies. Dennis Narlock is the Continuous Improvement Leader for Catalent Pharma Solutions in Middleton, Wisconsin. He is an ASQ certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and a Theory of Constraints Jonah with more than six years of experience in continuous process improvement. He has held positions as a Black Belt and Deployment director within the U.S. Navy where he served for 24 years prior to transitioning to the private sector. He earned a Master of Science degree in Global Leadership from the University of San Diego.
